Frying Pan with Holes In It
In a quest for the novel when it comes to BBQ season Jilly found a frying pan with holes in it and it works!
Just slice a few garden fresh potatoes, add some diced red pepper, some slices of red or yellow onion, and any other veggies you might like to add, such as sliced zucchini, mushroom or baby corn cobs, then a few whole cloves of garlic. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and fresh herbs such as parsley or oregano.
Toss with a little olive oil then pour onto the pan once BBQ has heated up to medium. Keep tossing the veggies to cook evenly.
Makes a nice addition to the burgers and beer.
