A classic in Jilly’s kitchen for any BBQ.
Bobby takes a package of white mushrooms, slices them up, then tosses them in a frying pan with a dab of butter and a drizzle of olive oil.
Then he adds several whole garlic cloves and a little salt and pepper.
Once the mushrooms start to release their liquid, he splashes a few shots of soy sauce and then Worcestershire sauce.
To finish – toss and shake the mushrooms just a few more minutes then add to your favourite burger.
